Fixed Issues, Not Current Warnings
The 1.0.13 developer note marks Infinity Pipe transfer, achievement-related craft/building save corruption, some boon resets, cave ending-table entries, Oasis negative multipliers and Data Rush infinity upgrades as fixed. Treat them as historical issues with a declared fix, not a list of bugs every current player should expect.

Old advice to keep digging deeper for the yellow mine material is incomplete after this patch. Recheck the updated mine before judging rarity from launch-week runs. The movement-speed entry is a text fix, not evidence of a changed buff value.
1.0.13: transport and save-state fixes
The save fix is specifically tied to saving after an achievement. The note does not say all save corruption is fixed or explain whether an already damaged save will recover.

1.0.13: minigames and completion display
Oasis's multiplier reaching minus one, Data Rush infinity-upgrade behavior and endings absent from the cave table are also fixed. A missing table entry is not itself proof that the ending was never completed.
Earlier named fixes
1.0.12 names Memory Chest and Lumina Chest fixes but does not describe every symptom. It also corrects woods movement-speed text. 1.0.10 corrects Primary Only still yielding Stone. Keep these narrower statements intact when diagnosing a different problem.
If a fixed symptom returns
Record the version, what changed immediately before the failure and whether it reproduces after a restart. Share a copy of a save with the developer only through an appropriate support channel. A user report is COMMUNITY_REPORTED until the recurrence is confirmed; it is not automatically REGRESSION.
