Community location sequence
ScottDev describes interacting with Satisfaction in the Lighthouse basement, returning to the starting area and using the newly opened passage there. If you stopped at the Lighthouse, that account suggests checking the return interaction before assuming the game has no further response.
When the table and your experience disagree
Update to 1.0.13 before relying on an empty cave-table entry. The patch fixes endings not appearing there, but does not say that repeating the interaction repairs every save or grants every achievement.
