Nightwater Is Out Now — September 18, 2026
Yes. Nightwater released on Steam on September 18, 2026, and the official store now offers the full game for purchase. Studio Ashty's launch announcement independently confirms it is out. The scheduled unlock was 15:00 UTC, which was September 19 in Japan; that time is historical, not an upcoming countdown. Start with the beginner route if you already own the game, or check the dated regional price and Windows requirements before buying.

The full game is available
Use the Nightwater store entry for Steam app 3983860. The full-game Buy section is distinct from the Demo download section, which was still visible during our check. Owning or installing the demo is not the same as installing the purchased release.
Launch time and regional dates
The developer scheduled 08:00 PDT / 11:00 EDT / 16:00 BST / 17:00 CEST on September 18, and 00:00 JST on September 19. These describe the same launch instant. Steam's displayed release date remains September 18.
Purchase and PC checks
The checked US store offered the game for USD $13.49 against a $14.99 base price, with a 10% introductory discount ending October 2. This is a September 19 snapshot, not a promise of today's checkout price in every region.
Returning from the demo
The full release extends beyond the demo's first-area slice. Treat old unlock limits, input behavior and save assumptions separately from the released game. The launch announcement does not provide a full patch changelog.
