Name the structure you can see in your build, run the transparent check, and revise the plan when the result exposes a disconnected stage or missing decision. No tool result is presented as official game data.

No. It uses only your entries and transparent structural rules. Unknown game values remain unknown.

Where is my plan stored?

Persistent tool drafts stay in local browser storage on this device. Tools with structured drafts also support JSON export and import.

Is the result an official optimal route?

No. It is a planning aid designed to make assumptions and missing handoffs visible.
